We are a boutique style studio offering a non-intimidating atmosphere in which we cater to everyone of all ages, shapes and sizes. We offer small group classes and personal training that will not only make you look and feel better, they will inspire you to keep coming back.

Our Pilates studio offers top-of-the-line STOTT reformers and Pilates equipment that help strengthen your core and improve your posture.

Pilates For Seniors

For seniors, the exercises are easy on the joints helping to restore a full range of motion while diminishing stiffness that comes with aging.

Injury REhabilitation through PILATES

Pilates Studio in the City of South Surrey.

Diva Fitness has been serving the White Rock/South Surrey area since 1995. As the industry evolves and changes, so do we.
We have gone from a full spectrum fitness center to a boutique Pilates studio. We offer Pilates private training sessions, semi-private and group sessions, injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as general conditioning and athletic specific training.
We are located in the heart of White Rock at the Whaling Wall in the Bosa Commercial building. Free parking is available below the WR recreation Centre.
