Diva Fitness and Pilates Studio in White Rock is a Fitness Studio that offers small group pilates classes, low-impact injury rehabilitation training through pilates and personal training since 1995.

Diva Fitness and Pilates Studio has been serving the White Rock / South Surrey, BC, since 1995.

We are a boutique style studio offering a non-intimidating atmosphere in which we cater to everyone of all ages, shapes and sizes. We offer small group classes and personal training that will not only make you look and feel better, they will inspire you to keep coming back.

Pilates For Everyone

We provide a variety of programs, all customized to your individual needs. Our instructors are trained to accommodate people of different age groups with different conditions

Pilates Reformer Classes

Our Pilates studio offers top of the line STOTT reformers and Pilates equipment.

Pilates For Seniors

For seniors, Pilates are easy on the joints and help to restore a full range of motion while diminishing stiffness that comes with aging.

Injury REhabilitation through PILATES

If your body is experiencing pain, trauma, or any injury, we at Diva Fitness and Pilates will work to liberate your movement and accelerate your recovery. The exercises are tailored to strengthen your core and tone your body, promoting agility and good posture.

 

Pilates For weight loss

Jumpstart your weight loss journey with Pilates. Our programs can help you burn calories that will ultimately help you lose weight. Pilates tones your muscles, giving your body a leaner appearance.

 

Personal Training

We recommend personal training sessions for those new to our studio so we can assess the client and place them in the appropriate group class.

Personal training is also available to those who need off schedule classes and/or prefer one on one attention.

STOTT Pilates

STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to traditional Pilates, developed over three decades by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine, and fitness professionals.

BArre Fitness

Our Barre fitness is FUN! The Barre classes increase cardiovascular endurance and metabolism that helps you quickly burn calories, strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk and improve your posture.

Pilates will help your mind and body through "Proprioception"

Proprioception, also referred to as kinaesthesia, is the sense of self-movement and body position. It is sometimes described as the “sixth sense”. Proprioception is mediated by proprioceptors, mechanosensory neurons located within muscles, tendons, and joints.

Pilates Studio in the City of South Surrey.

Diva Fitness has been serving the White Rock/South Surrey area since 1995. As the industry evolves and changes, so do we.
We have gone from a full spectrum fitness center to a boutique Pilates studio. We offer Pilates private training sessions, semi-private and group sessions, injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as general conditioning and athletic specific training.
 
We are located in the heart of White Rock at the Whaling Wall in the Bosa Commercial building. Free parking is available below the WR recreation Centre.

Our Pilates studio is located in the heart of white rock. We have brand new Professional STOTT reformers with Towers, with Cardio Tramps, and props. We offer Pilates classes on the reformer and a wide range of class options, from 1 on1 training to Essential, intermediate, and Advance group classes.
