About Diva Fitness & Pilates Studio.

Diva Fitness & Pilates Studio is owned and operated by two local Pilates Instructors, Sherri McInnis and Shelby Young. Both have been in the health and fitness industry all of their adult lives.

Diva Fitness & Pilates Studio is owned and operated by two local Pilates Instructors, Sherri McInnis and Shelby Young. Both have been in the health and fitness industry all of their adult lives.   

They met as co-workers at Diva when it was uptown White Rock and joined as business partners in 2005. After many years of both Sherri and Shelby working and managing fitness clubs the opportunity arose to take over Diva Fitness which was founded in 1995. Starting out as co-workers at Diva Fitness the two became business partners and changed the name to Diva Fitness & Pilates Studio’s Inc.

Our Studio

Our Pilates Studio is well equipped with a variety of Pilates equipment, including chairs, reformers, springboards, props, and mats. You will learn the fundamentals that you need to get the results that you need.

Fully Equipped Reformers

Our studio is equipped with various Reformer models that get you involved in a challenging sequence that you need. The program helps your body discover its innate capabilities, unleashing its potential.

Pilates Chair

Our studio has different Pilates chairs that help stretch and strengthen your muscle groups and reduce the risk of injury. These chairs are the most rewarding piece of Pilates equipment to work on as you get to feel the progress in your body in every class.

Private Studio

Our private studio gives you a personalized session with our experienced Pilates Instructor. Exercises are specifically chosen for you bringing focus to an area that needs work and makes progress safely and quickly.

Diva Fitness and Pilates Studio have been serving the White Rock/South Surrey area for 26 years.

We have Pilates classes on the Reformer offering a wide range of class types from one on one training to group classes. These classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles without adding bulk, improve your core strength and balance, better your posture and help with any muscle imbalances just to name a few.

    I have been passionately involved with fitness for over 2 decades. I have lead diverse fitness classes and with many age groups. I am motivated to make any class or session fun for the clients and to facilitate for the clients to achieve their fitness goals. I love how pilates is a great cross training regime to strength, tone and stretch your body and focus your mind. I aspire to continue to learn and bring this to my sessions
