What you need to wear in a barre class mainly depends on your taste. You have to be comfortable during the workouts, so choose clothes that permit you to focus on the class. You can wear grip socks to prevent you from sliding or retain heat. You can also wear leggings, pants or capris that are comfortable for you. Leave the shorts at home for the classes.
