We recommend personal training sessions for those new to our studio so we can assess the client and place them in the appropriate group class.

SPIN CLASSES

At Diva Fitness, we bring spinning back to life. Spinning is an excellent way to burn calories, increase muscle definition in your core and legs and increase cardiovascular fitness. Our classes are high-energy and highly effective.

BArre Fitness

Our Barre fitness is FUN! The Barre classes increase cardiovascular endurance and metabolism that helps you quickly burn calories, strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk and improve your posture.
