Pilates levels lend structure to the repertoire of exercises to ensure that you are learning the essential principles before moving to more challenging exercises.

Pilates level 3 are for our students who have done at least one or more terms of Level 2.

At level 3, we challenge your muscles and brain far more and we introduce you to more of the ‘Advanced Pilates’ repertoire of exercises. We would recommend you have done at least 1 year of consistent Level 2 Pilates before joining Level 3.
